Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing / email to the Congress Secretariat: reg.mcgm@gmail.com

Cancellation received on or before 1 April 2024 will incur a penalty fee of 50% of registration fee paid.

No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 15 April 2024. Substitution of names is allowed without any penalty charge.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and the publication of your abstract if full payment has not been made.

Applicable refund will be processed after the Congress.
