• For Malaysian Attendees - we accept payment via LPO, please quote our LPO number when making payment (eP-1008K001H). Please choose the correct payment method in the form.

• Please ensure your email address is valid to able to receive the final confirmations and updates. Once registered, you will receive the confirmation upon payment verification. ​

 

Deadline

• Early Bird Registration will close on 15 April 2026  15 May 2026, 12.00pm (GMT+8) (Extended).

• Regular Rate Registration will close on 1 June 2026, 12.00pm (GMT+8).​

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations received in writing after 1 May 2026 will incur a penalty fee of 50% of registration fee paid.

• Please note that all refunds will be a partial refund as payment gateway fees are excluded in the refund.

• No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 15 May 2026. You may nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration and kindly notify the secretariat at reg.mcgm@gmail.com.

• Applicable refund will be processed after the congress.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and the publication of your abstract if full payment has not been made.

• The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
