Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing after 1 May 2026 will incur a penalty fee of 50% of registration fee paid.

Please note that all refunds will be a partial refund as payment gateway fees are excluded in the refund.

No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 15 May 2026. You may nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration and kindly notify the secretariat at reg.mcgm@gmail.com.

Applicable refund will be processed after the congress.
