Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Congress Secretariat at reg.mcgm@gmail.com.

Cancellations received on or before 1 May 2027 will incur a 50% penalty fee of the registration fee paid.

No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 1 May 2027. You may nominate another person or representative to substitute your place. Please notify the secretariat at reg.mcgm@gmail.com with the details of the substitute participant.

Applicable refunds will be processed after the congress.

All refunds will be a partial refund as the payment gateway or administrative fees are excluded and non-refundable.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to the congress and/or withhold the publication of your abstract if full payment has not been made.
