• Malaysian Congress of Geriatric Medicine 2024 is strictly for health care professionals and researchers. 

• To enjoy a seamless registration process, please have the following ready before you begin: 
  1) We accept online bank transfer, please have your online or mobile banking platform ready.​​

• If you are a student, please send a copy of your student ID card to the registration team at reg.mcgm@gmail.com.

• For Malaysian Attendees - we accept payment via LPO, please quote our LPO number when making payment (eP-1008K001H). Please choose the correct payment method in the form.

• Please ensure your email address is valid to able to receive the final confirmations and updates. Once registered, you will receive the confirmation upon payment verification. 

• Early Bird Registration will close on  15 April 2024, 12:00PM (GMT+8). 

• Regular Rate Registration will close on 31 May 2024, 12:00PM (GMT+8).

• Cancellations received in writing after 1 April 2024 will incur a penalty fee of 50% of registration fee paid.

• No refund will be made for any cancellation received after 15 April 2024. You may nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration and kindly notify the secretariat at reg.mcgm@gmail.com.

• Applicable refund will be processed after the Congress.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and the publication of your abstract if full payment has not been made.
