Registration to attend as a trade visitor is on a complimentary basis, but subject to approval.

Who Qualifies as a Trade Visitor?

 

Trade visitors are individuals who are professionals, practitioners, or representatives from industries connected to geriatric care and ageing-related services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Geriatric care providers and caregivers.

  • Pharmaceutical and medical equipment professionals.

  • Allied healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians).

  • Representatives from eldercare facilities, wellness centres, or healthcare organisations.

  • Researchers, academics, and consultants working in ageing-related fields.

  • Business owners, distributors, or suppliers offering products or services relevant to eldercare.

If your role or organisation is linked to the advancement, support, or supply of services and solutions for ageing populations, you are welcome to register as a Trade Visitor.

Trade Visitor Guidelines

  • Trade visitor pass grants access to the exhibition halls ONLY, from 10:00AM to 5:00PM daily.

  • This pass does NOT include access to congress sessions, conference talks or meal entitlements.

  • This category is open exclusively to professionals from industries related to geriatric care, pharmaceuticals, allied healthcare or other relevant trade.

  • During registration, please upload a photo of your business card for verification. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration has been reviewed and approved.

  • Please note that individuals aged 18 and below are not permitted to enter the exhibition halls.

  • Dress code: Business attire and covered shoes are required. Slippers, shorts or singlets are not permitted. Female visitors wearing skirts should ensure they are knee-length or longer.

  • The organisers reserves the right to refuse admittance or request any individual to leave the premises if they do not meet the registratioon criteria, fail to comply with the dress code, breach the exhibition's rules and regulations, or contravene applicable laws. The Organiser's decision in such matters is final.
